Delivery and Ordering Information
Lead times vary on bats and hockey sticks. We want you to have your order as soon as possible. Each bat and hockey stick is hand-paint and made-to-order. We take our time to ensure the best outcome.
Expect at least a 3-5 weeks.
If you need your bat or stick by a certain date let us know and we can discuss with you what's possible. A rush fee may be added to get you what you need by the time requested. Be sure to read the FAQ page before sending a message.

Bulk orders take longer and lead times will vary depending on quantity. Reach out to jeremy@mitchellbatco.com and let's see what we can do to hit your deadline.
Non-bat / non-hockey stick purchase delivery times vary. We will attempt to ship out your hat or ball within a few days of your order.
Our lead times vary based on demand and busier times of year. We do not guarantee a specific delivery date. We ship using FedEx for all bats and hockey sticks and USPS for everything else. They've never lost a package, but from time to time they have had small delays. Everything is labeled "FRAGILE". And if your tracking information says "DELIVERED" but you don't have it please contact the shipping provider. Once it ships it is out of our hands. The best thing to do is call your local shipping provider and speak to a rep there. We won't be able to do anything to track your package further than what the tracking information shows.
I currently only ship to customers in the United States of America, Canada, Australia and United Kingdom.
2024 CHRISTMAS DELIVERY: All bat and hockey stick orders must be ordered by NOVEMBER 1st to guarantee Christmas Delivery
Orders made before Nov 1st: You will receive your order in time for Christmas.
Orders made after Nov 2nd: We will do our best to get you your order in time for Christmas. It will be close but NO guarantees. Reach out with any questions: jeremy@mitchellbatco.com
Orders made after Dec 1: There is a high chance we will not be able to get you your bat in time for Christmas. If you order after Dec 1 your bat will more than likely need to be shipped early next year.
