Has my order shipped yet?

Lead times vary on bats and hockey sticks. We want you to have your order as soon as possible. Each bat and hockey stick is hand-paint and made-to-order. We take our time to ensure the best outcome. If you need your bat or stick by a certain date let us know and we can discuss with you what's possible. If you ordered something other than a bat, that item or items usually arrives within 7-12 business days from the day you placed your order. If you ordered a bat + other items, we will ship the items separately.

You will receive an automated email with your tracking information once your item(s) have shipped. Be sure to check your spam folder.

I want to carry your bats in my store. Do you wholesale?

Can I come visit your shop?
We used to allow shop visits, but we get too many shop visit requests. We would love to meet you but we have too many bats to paint. Hope you understand.

Can I order a custom bat?

Yes.

Will my bat arrive before Christmas?
We do our best to get your bat shipped in plenty of time. Our bats are made one at a time. Our bats are made to order. Please enjoy Christmas with your family and don't worry about things. Be with your family.
